Sponsored Walk - Great Wall of China
Jo is a regular to this site, and wanted to do something to raise money for Tourette Syndrome research. She and her sister Janette, will be going to China on 1st of June, travelling for 2 days, then walking 8 hours a day for 5 days. They have to raise �3000 each in sponsorship, of which �1900 (each) will go towards Tourette Syndrome research.

Day 1&2 Travel overnight to Beijing
Day 3 Start walking from Ying Beigou to
Mutianyu
Trek 15km
DaY 4 Waterfall Park trek to highest
waterfall in Beijing province
Trek 12km
Day 5 Black Dragon Paw Park to Great Wall
Trek 18km
Day 6 Great Wall at Jinshanling
Trek 12km
Day 7 Great Wall at Simatai. Trek 8km to
Wall climbing 1,000 steps (challenging, steep and sheer)
Day 8 Beijing. Time to rest,
see Beijing.
Day 9 Return flight Beijing - London via
Istanbul
Day 10 Morning arrival in London
